Paragon Ball???

Does anyone know if the Paragon is a proven trait or a designer morph?
It's beautifull, but i have no idea how to "create" one, IF it is a designer morph.

As far as I know they never proved it out. It wouldn't breed, I do see Gail from time to time on another forum but she hasn't mentioned it this year. If I remember right it was up for sale the beginning of last year or the year before.
