Went for a hike. *DUW*

Ive been trying to plan a hike for my sister and mom to do since they have both lost around 150+ pounds combined doing weight watchers, something small to start off with. So I found the place and we went for the hike yesterday. Heres the pics.

Looks like a lot of fun! You definitely have a nice hiking spot there, its finally getting nice enough here to go outside and run around.

Tell you mom and sister congrats on the weight loss. I know how difficult weight loss can be and their success is commendable. How did they enjoy their hike? By the pics, it looks like they had a good time. Good choice on their first hike - it's beautiful.

I sure will tell them. They really enjoyed the hike, when we first got there, Mom was saying she wouldnt make it. When we got back she was very excited that she made it the whole way. She says now that she want to do a hike atleast once a week.

Cool salamander! I've caught a few of those.

The black belly was a very small one, ive found some about as long as your hand and have very powerful bites. The bites actually hurt pretty bad

Yeah its pretty crazy, we still havnt figured out what it actually is.

That's wonderful. I think getting out in the fresh air and sun does wonders for anyone! It sounds like you'll be taking many more trips.
