Talking First shed! and some new fans... ^_^

Ah! I'm so excited! I got my girly out today and she eyes are completely blue! Her belly has been pink for a bit so I figured it was coming soon, but it's good to see it I just upped the humidity in her tank, and I'm going to let her be. I had heard that your not supposed to feed while they are in their shed cycle...but she ate on Friday with such gusto that I started to think that the mouse the week before was too small. (both times they left a good lump in her belly...but she definately wasn't slow on the up take)

And my mom got to see her! ^_^ yay! She and my brother came up to school to seem me and they were both excited to see her too My mom kinda freaked out the first time she held her though....my brother went to touch Lilly while my mom was holding her, and Lilly kinda jerked back and her head bumped into my mom's stomach. Well my mom starts getting on to my brother b/c he startled the snake (in all reality it scared her and she gets mad when she gets scared hehe) and he started cocking an attitude b/c he didn't do anything wrong...all the while I'm trying to get Lilly back. They finally all settled down, and both of them decided that they really like Lilly She now has a couple of new fans!! She is getting popular!

If it leaves a lump I would feed a tad smaller. A ball fed smaller meals will eat with more consistency than one with larger meals. Eventually your ball will fast to let its' body catch up with the growth.
    lots of snakes
