Try making a humid hide. A rubbermaid or similar tub with a hole for access(make sure the entrance has no sharp edges) with some sphagmun moss or paper towels inside wrung out so they're damp might help.

To increase humidty you can spray water on the substraite as you're doing. You can cover 2/3rds of the cage top with seran warp or a towel. You can also find a substraite that holds humidity better such as coconut husk, Eco Earth or BedaBeast should do the trick. Just spray the substraite and keep a towel over the lid.
During shedding times a humid hide will help as the other member suggested. Just don't leave the hide in there at all times (when not in the blue) else you'll run the risk of giving your snake scale rot, which occurs when the snake is constantly wet/damp.
If you are using an overhead lamp to heat the tank that'll suck the humidity out of the tank, just so you know. You can try switiching to a under tank heater.

Re: some help plz
when i had my tank i covered the majority of the screen top with saran wrap. and as long as you keep spraying, it should stay pretty humid. like rm1888 and reptilian said, add some damp moss in the warmer hide, but take it out when she's done shedding.
