What would the likely outcome be of Pied x 100% het pied? Thanks..!

50% pied 50% het. The best thing about them no two are alike.
Jen, use this link, it applies to Pieds as well, since they are recessive: http://www.ballpython.ca/what_get/recessive.html Scroll over the Homozygous x Heterozygous example and it shows you the results (which are what CrazyDog already said). But the examples help to explain what to expect.

That's an excellent example of why I think in written communication and advertising people should always use 50% possible het instead of simply 50% het.
