    First non-feeder furry addition!

So since we got married, my wife has been fairly adamant about not having a dog or cat, as she already puts up with enough of my animals. Last week out of the blue, she somewhat timidly asked me what I would think about getting a dog...... I honestly wondered who this person was, and wanted to know what they had done with my unyielding wife. So after talking it over for a few days, and looking high and low, we found our newest family member.

    Please say hello to Mesa

She is about 6 weeks old, well on her way to being house-broken, and I couldn't be happier with her (though I have had to re-tie my shoe about a thousand times over the past few days...$50 in dog toys, and she still just wants my shoelaces.... ).

    Thanks for looking!

    -Evan

That pup is so cute, she's disgusting! I can see where she'd melt your heart--even if she likes untying your shoes! Grats on your new little girl--and for being a good boy and giving your wife what she wanted!

Or just wait till she finds your shoes unocupied!!

She will learn, once you step on a paw.(on axcident, of coarse.)

BTW, she is still full of yoke!! Put her on a wet papertowel, and let her rest for a full week, then you can try feeding, remeber to quarentine!!!

    LOL!

    I love pupie tummies.

Thanks everyone! She was definitely the cutest one in the litter, it wasn't a hard choice.

Jason - She's an Akita/Chow/Boxer/Lab mix. Most of the other pups had longer more wiry hair, and more boxer-ish muzzles.
