Re: Someone help me plz
If his eye looks dimpled ?? hes dehydrated boost the humidity a little and make sure hes got plenty of water and that should fix it.

Re: Someone help me plz
may be a retained eye cap. Their not harm full and will be fine if left alone till next shed. If it bothers you here's how to fix it. Get you a couple of Q-tips and some NON-MEDICATED saline solution (water works just as well). Hold your snake firmly behind the head, drop a couple of drops of saline on the eye, soak the Q-tip with the saline. Now holding the snake behind the head GENTLY gently roll the Q-tip across the eye starting from the nose end (rolling the Q-tip toward the the nose) while pulling the Q-tip toward the back of the head. Keep the Q-tip wet and the eye moist work slowly and GENTLY till the eye cap comes off.
If your uncomfortable with this wait and I'll make a video tonight showing how to do it.
Hope this helps

If you think something is wrong with the eye, then you should consider taking it to a vet. Posting a picture of the eye may let us give you a more correct opinion on what's going on. Chances are, it's being caused by a lack of moisture in the air.
What are you using to measure your temps/humidity? It should stay between 50 to 60% in order to provide the bp a comfortable environment. Try providing him or her with a humid hide...basically take a little plastic container, cut out a hole in it and add a little bit of damp(not soggy) sphagnum moss.

Yes. But first you have to know what ur humidity levels are inside the enclosure. How are you measuring it?

I totally get where ur coming from. Store owners will say stuff like that and more...the good part is you don't have to believe them. Let me point you to our care sheet. It's a good place to start learning about proper husbandry and keeping of bp's.
