Rack Aggression?

Hey everybody,
So here is the situation. I made a new rack several months ago and put my adult male, sub adult male and adult female into the rack. They have since bred and the female is gravid, but in the last month the males have become more hissy than they have in the past. I have tried adding hides, taking them away, changing substrate from aspen to papertowels and back. the males feeding has been inconsistant, my WC adult always goes off feed every winter, but usually starts up again right around now. Both have been very hissy which is uncommon for the two of them. Any idea as to why it would be hissy?
