First shed for me,not the snake

Hello everyone, can u please advise my male 06 is shedding for the first time for me .Well i boosted the hummidity, warmed the tank a little more to 85-90.
Now im kinda freaked out about misting a warm animal, should i soak him with his eyes all glossy, because i was told not to handle to much during this time .
please advise me because i would rather ask stupid questions than hurt my babie. thank you Sincerly Shawn D Lewis

It sounds like you have your bases covered. It isn't necessary to boost the cage temps as the cage should have a gradient from the low 80s to low 90s all the time, but it's a good idea to boost the humidity or provide a humid hide. Soaking is not necessary unless your snake has a bad shed.

Other than that, just leave him alone and let him do his thing. He'll spend most, if not all of his time in his hide until he's finished.

    Good luck!

Wait, you made the cool side go up to 85-90? I personally think 90 is too hot on the cool side...

And sure, go ahead and put him in a container with warm(not hot!) water if he has a stuck shed. Make sure the water only comes up about half way on his sides- you don't want him to be swimming.
