Congrats! That's a great feeling to just watch the eggs and wait, although it can be painfully slow.
Make sure you have all of their individual cages ready. When they do start to hatch, keep them in the incubator until all of them come out. I was removing them one at a time as they came out, and it took forever for the last one to come out. Adam mentioned that he thought the acitivity of the snakes that hatched encouraged the others to come out as well.
Then just give them a bath, pop them, and put them in their cages. After they shed (in a couple weeks) start to feed them a small, live rat pup or mouse hopper.
