When I first met Al Montejo, I was picking up some amazon basin emeralds for a friend. Al has a great collection of emeralds and venomous. He had this female "eye-spotter" that hated her cage and would spend her days on the rungs of one of his dinning-room chairs. She was grumpy, being gravid, but allowed us to get a pic or two. When she started to give birth, she was moved to the bathroom, where she delivered 10 healthy neonates. She is Alana's mother.

Mom looks a little rough around the edges due to going off feed after POS. She recovered nicely and was sold to another friend. When Alana is ready to breed, I'll have a record of both parents to show bloodlines.
