Well we know Nate is having burnt pizza

I'm also having an off night. I made meatloaf, meant to make potatoes and rolls with it, but despite going to two grocers today, I am out of butter. So I ended up making steamed cauliflower and sliced apples instead. You know, you can't make much else when you have no butter.

Grilled Chicken Salad

I had a 4oz burger with a little bit of mozarella cheese worked in and an apple. I had to forgo any bread with it 'cause I had just taken a new loaf out of the freezer. I've kind of had a "snacky" day, with 5 little meals instead of a few big ones...which is why it doesn't sound like a lot It was delicious.
