Thanks to Bailey Reptiles DUW
Hey all I just finished my new rack (havn't even put any snakes in it). I used the directions from the Bailey reptiles website that they posted here some time ago. ME LIKE alot! I am in the process of building 2 more, as you can probably tell these are downsized. My basement is only 6'1" (go figure thats my height). BTW have you ever run into ductwork fullforce......OUCH!!!!!! anyway thanks to Tim Bailey for posting and will have more pics to follow....of my new snakies....

Great job! Once you realize how cheap it is to build your own rack you will want to build more!

Looks good! Did you put casters on it?

No casters but that wouls work. In my snake room around the outside 30" of the floor area I have a 6" deck build to raise all the cages off the cold concrete floor. When I move the racks to a more permanant location I will probably put casters on them.

Rick,
That rack looks great. I'm glad that my DIY page was helpful to someone. It always puts a smile on my face when I know someone saved some money on a rack that they can now go spend on some more snakes. Please let me know if you saw something in my directions that was a little sketchy so that I can fix it, as I would like these directions to be as simple to follow as possible. Congrats on a job well done.
