what would you do bout shipping?

ok so i bought my new bp almost a month ago (PAID!) now and he still hasnt shipped. i have told him spacific dates he NEEDS to send the snake and he still has missed those dates. i write him emails and he sometimes doesnt even respond. pretty much hes being kind of a jerk bout this.. eventhough i did get a deal on the snake . what would you do if he misses the next ship date?

Well i would demand a full refund now.What was his reasons for not shipping in the emails he did respond back to you? Sometimes a good deal can bite you in the rear,unless its a trusted person that you have dealt with before.

Could it be that the temps are keeping him from shipping? Regardless of the reason though, customer service like that is unacceptable IMHO.

Whoa hold on! You paid for a snake that you have never seen a pic of?:eek: NEVER pay for something you have never seen before(i know pics of my snakes were blurry at one time)! I am not saying he is ripping you off but when someone has thier own website they control the feedback left.In other words they can delete anything negative as they see fit.

Did you also check the BOI on Fauna for feedback on this seller? Who is it, if I may ask?

My first thought was the recent weather has been holding up a lot of shipments lately. I wouldn't want a snake shipped with all the snow in parts of the country, because I'd be concerned my snake might get caught up in delays at certain airports.

well i live in washington where its about 60 right now and he lives in mid california so temps are fine up the west coast... so i dont know.. its prob not all his fault cuz i am busy a lot of the time too... (im in NY right now) but still he had the chances and he got paid... now i want my snake

if the amount of times you have told him not to ship equil the number of time he had to cancle you are even. hahah.

if he misses one more then just ask for your money back.
