Here are some baby birds that we recently hatched out from our pair of cockatiels.
The birds are actually my son Nicks, but they're a lot of fun for the whole family.
Sorry about the blurryness, I'm not very good at taking bird pics.

gooooorgeous!!! our tiels breed as well... we handfeed our babies. are you thinking about doing that or are you going to leave them with their parents?

We're not brave enough to try hand feeding yet, this is only our third clutch of babies. But we handle the babies nearly every day so that they are used to people. They stay nice and tame.

ya that's pretty much equivalent to hand-feeding and a lot less hassle for you! the petstore we sell our babies to... takes them once they are down to two feedings a day and continues to hand feed them in the store so they can get used to lots of people and lots of noise etc.

it works well for us all.

Awe, how cute; congrats! It is really cool that you tame them down; I hate seeing wild birds at pet stores that no one will buy.
