Theres got to be a closer vet that will see him. Please explain to your brother that pulling a shed off of a snake too early can do serious damage. Try not to yell at him and discourage him from liking the snake. He probably just wanted to help the snake but because he did not know what he was doing he inadvertantly hurt him.
