Weird behavior

last time we fed our snake, she struck at the mouse 3 or 4 times before she actually caught it. She's never had trouble before, and she even got her teeth stuck in the bedding. She couldn't get up at first! What is wrong with her?

I'm not an expert by any means, but in my opinion, everything's probably normal. Maybe she was just over-excited about her food?

Yea it seems like sometimes they just have bad aim. Heck my friends snake got a mouse by the tail, I was OHHHH NOOOO And started to yank the lid off the feed tank. Then he literally threw every length of coil he has around that pup and squeesed like heck. I couldnt beleive it.

If she kept at it and then eventually killed and ate it....I'd say everything is fine. I think they just have "off days" sometimes.
