They've double billed me more than once as well. I'm rather ticked off about them trying to charge me for this when I didn't use their service in that time period. I do feel for you on your situation you had as well. They basically treat people like they're open wallets, rather than customers....and the whole speaking to someone on the phone that sounds like they can't speak a word of english is getting rather tiring. I'm just going to pay the money and tell them to....well you know
