We're going to roll with the nightmare we're currently using for now, with a couple of tweaks thanks to Jedi Smulkin to make it run a little better and if it looks like it's going to be a popular thing, I'm going to drop the big bucks and pick up some software that Fortune 500 companies are using for tech support chats and stuff like that ... high end stuff that will purrrrrr for us.Originally Posted by Uncle Festae
