Got a question for you guys........
Been watching the website tracker quite a bit over the last few months and I am seeing more and more orders/visits coming my way originating from this website. Wanted to say "Thanks" and I hope to keep you coming back!
Now for the question,
Like I do every year, I have been reviewing what I carry and what I might like to carry over the upcoming year. I have been doing quite well with caging over the course of 2006 and have several new designs and sizes in the pipe for introduction by spring. I am just barely keeping up right this minute anyhow so there is not a lot of room to expand that line for a few months (more on that later). I THINK I have that end of things pretty well covered.
My question is on the dry goods-what would you like to see added to the line up this year??? Is there some odd-ball item that everyone is looking for but can't find?? Something that would be convenient to order along with supplies you already get (hopefully from me!). Suggestions are welcome and invited! I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks

Re: Got a question for you guys........
well you know we are a big Provent-A-Mite community so stocking that would be a great idea IMO. i know i'm placing an order for 11" flexwatt in the next month or so with you and would love to pop another can of PAM in with my order.
also... how about an inexpensive product like the acurite most people use in their tanks. i know you can pick them up at wall mart in the us but up here in canada... we can't get them.

You have 1440 minutes a day... how are you going to spend yours?

That was quick.
First PAM-I will not be stocking that, ever. Long story not really worth getting into here. There is enough drama here right now as it is!
Next, I have avoided the digital thermometers for the very reason you stated, Walmart. I will look into where to get decent ones in quantity and see if it is practical to give them a try. Thanks

See, you give us nosies a juicy tidbit then won't get into it... j/k
I haven't ordered from you previously but plan on doing so in the near future. After looking over your site I don't have anything to add.

Re: Got a question for you guys........
Hey, I'm one of those who ordered from you recently thanks to advice from this site. I'm the lady with the crappy Coralife thermometer that made me think your Helix thermostat stunk.
I took the darn thermometer back to PetSmart today and the lady said, "Oh yeah, that brand is really bad," lol, and cheerfully refunded my money even though I no longer had the packaging. Wish someone there would tell you that *before* you buy their junk.
So, on that note, I second the suggestion: SELL THERMOMETERS. I know you already offer the infrared, but a simple, cheap one like those from WalMart would be great too.
On another note, though, I want to say that one of the things I love about your site is that it is uncluttered. You don't carry every product ever made for reptiles. It's obvious you carry only what you use and love and know will work. That makes ordering from you easy and stress-free. Thanks.
Oh, and thanks for the quick shipping and terrific customer support. Best of luck with continuing to grow the business.

Re: Got a question for you guys........
Rich,
I appreciate your participation here at BP.net! I have ordered from you in the past, and just made an order for another 32 qt. rack which has already been shipped out. You've been great to deal with and can expect future business from myself as well as recommendations to work with you.
Only thing I can think of as far as products for a non-handy herper like myself would be a rodent rack. Even unassembled with all the parts and instructions (basically a rodent rack kit) would be really helpful.

I would love to be able to find a 3/4 slots racks using Iris VE175 as I plan into getting into bigger snakes and love racks system for their convinience compare to cages. I am sure there would be a market for that for small boas and blood pythons. Just an idea

Re: Got a question for you guys........
I think I would possibly keel over for one of those racks. I have two VE-175s and they are such awesome tubs, but LORDY ARE THEY BULKY. Just hard to find a place for in general. I think a 3-slot rack would be great, not too tall and probably not too expensive to ship. Would be great for Boas and Bloods/Short Tails.

I'd really like to give the infrared heat panels a try. I only know of one place where you can get them and I'd really prefer not to shop there.
