Well i recently found out some info that will soon affect our buying license to hunt in Illinois.We are going to have to take a 10hr safety class in order to hunt ANYTHING.It is not a full law YET but i was told it will be very soon.At this time it is needed before you can hunt out of state.In the books it says its only people born after Jan 1980,but it will be ALL hunters very soon.The classes are free at this time.I am going to get it done and over with when my Daughter takes it next month.The DNR is telling everyone that it is for only those born after Jan 1980,they want the extra cash when it becomes mandatory.Incase someone wonders how i know of this i have talked to 2 freinds and they told me the truth.Of course i relay this to EVERYONE i know .If you do not get this class passed they will NOT sell you any type of hunting license once it comes into affect.
