It is less than flattering while on. Plus I really HATE wearing dresses.

The first two bridesmaids dresses I had to wear I did NOT like at all.  There was one that I did like, and this one is okay. I was even feeling better about getting in shape.... until I put that thing on. I just had to vent my frustration.
It's so much more fun to sit back and enjoy a wedding, than have to be in it.

i don't really understand the whole "wedding" and inviting everyone to it personally. it's a show of love and a contract between two people and i just don't get the whole 'invite a 100 or more people... spend an obscene amount of $$ and sit back and accept a bunch of gifts'.
i think 'back in the day' weddings were great... a celebration which everyone pitched in a cooked for, sewed for... the whole nine yards. but now... everything is catered and soooooo freakin expensive.

ummmm.....at first I thought the dress was on a manaquin (SP?) LOL It's not the best dress but I have definitely seen worse

(it's also the first weekend that my husband will be completely alone with the kids for more than a couple hours - although they should be camping with the cub scouts so he'll have backup
