Let her soak in a rubbermaid tub and let her stay in a moist pillow case for an hour. She should move around and the skin will be moist enough to rub off. Don't use tweezers or anything like that because snakes are unpredictable and one sudden movement and those tweezers could end up puncturing your snake. As for the scale in the nostril, don't worry about it and just be sure to bump up humidity even more for the next shed. When you say humidity was high enough, what was it at and how are you measuring it?
