You will need to following materials. The total cost per rack is ~$100.

4x 48"
4x 23"
4x 21"

1x2s
10x 20"
10x 26.5"
10x 21"
10x 28"
5x 18.5"

5x 20"x28" 1/2" screen

1x 28qt sweater box

5x brass watering nipples

lots of screws and aquarium air line tubing

Here is the food bin. Note the tracks that the tubs slide on

Here is the water nipple fitting. Note the perfect fit with 1/2 screen.

Here is the gravity water fitting. I used brass reducers to the aquarium line size and made a quick release for easy removal when cleaning the tub. I use a little vanilla extract in the water, it seems to cut the urine smell greatly.

You will want to use a 1x2" on the outer guides to keep the tub properly in the track.
