One option is to subscribe to the post. Or you can do what i do, go to seach, then click on "advanced search". That will open a new screen. At the top there will be a part that says, search by user name and have a box for you to type in. Put your username there, and it will show you a list off all threads you've posted in. If there are new posts you havent read, the title will be in bold. To quote a portion of a post, you just click quote like normal, then when the new window opens you delete the portion of the text you dont wish to quote, but be sure not to mess with the code tags.
