    snakes/baths?

    Do bp's enjoy baths?

I give clementine a bath every so often, like every few weeks.

And another thing. Can bp's swin underwater?

I know snakes are great swimmers, but clem was swimming underwater. It freaked me out.

    lol

Yes, they can swim under water. They can also drown. When its necessary to bathe or soak a BP, it's always recommended to not let the water be any deeper than about halfway up their sides.

Judy's point is key...be VERY cautious about the water level. The benefits of soaking are many: cleans the body and removes any feces, aids in hydration, can help relax bowels and induce bowel movements, helpful before and during shed to ensure the skin comes off clean, ...I'm sure there are many more
