    wiring a thermostat

I was wondering how hard it is to wire up a Johnson Controls or Ranco thermostat. I have basic knowledge of electricity and to give an idea, wired my entire car stereo(cd player, components, 2 amps, subs). Is this a tough task only to be done by experienced people or can your average joe that can read finish the job?

LOL ... it's DEFINITELY not rocket science.

There's actually a really funny joke here, but I'm trying to be very good.
