Raise vs Lower Hum. for RI?

Reading two things about aleviating RI symptoms...One is telling me higher humidity, the other is saying lower humidity will help...

Which should I do?

Apparently lowering the humidity is the old school way to do it

You need to raise the humidity.

Of course you still need to make an appoinment to the vet.
