    Help Please!!!!!!!!!

    i fed my bp tonight and after i put him back in his cage a was looking at him and found 2 little red things crawling on him and i found more in his water does anyone know what these might be??? i dont think they r mites because arent mites black???

    It might be a different type of mite. Could also be chiggers. It's hard to tell, might need more description if you can't get a picture, could also do with a general location.

    regardless you need to treat your cage for mites. PAM (provent a mite) is an excellent product and one i personally recommend very highly.

    when I do a search on ball python mites they're described as red, reddish brown, black

    with mites dont they stop eating when they have them? ( i notice you said after he had eaten )..when mine had mites they refused food..
