I have heard that if their environment is kept too dry they won't be able to climb. But I am assuming you mist her cage, I have seen her and she looks healthy to me. I know when they don't want to stick to something they kind of curl their toes up and they wont stick.

Other than that have you checked the bottom of her feet to make sure there isn't any stuck shed?
