OR you could have spent $15 on a gallon of chlorhexidine and your tanks will always smell good But gift cards are always fun. What are the active ingredients in that cleaning stuff? Probably just alcohol(which takes 30 minutes contact time to disinfect anything).

I also use to buy the cage cleaner from Petsmart, from Zoomed I think it was. It came in a small 6 or 8 ounce bottle for about $6.00 and lasted a month or so. I was turned on to Virosan by a friend and bought a gallon a few months back, but I paid $28.00 with shipping. Either way, it works great, and diluted will last me forever or till it expires in 2 years.

Yeah, it wasn't bad. IF rats weren't so expensive there I probably would have just gotten a round for everybody. But They were and I decided to go with the cage accessories.
