    What will 2007 bring You?

What are your herpy plans for the oncoming new year?

Here are my BP plans:I have a Pastel male locked up with my normal, Ginger, and two normals locked up also; our LaVey and Mark's brother's female on loan. I am letting my new Spider male acclimate and then I plan on breeding him to Bela, who I left open for now, since she has a spotless pattern and I think she's a great match for a Spider. Aside from breeding, I have an '06 female normal, and two '06 males (one is the het) that I am growing up for future use. The male normal, is actually up for sale locally.

I also just bought a new horned frog juvi and a large albino clawed frog; no breeding there, as the eggs from the ACFs are quickly eaten by the fish in their tank (fine with me! Those suckers are a pain to raise into frogs; did it years ago.)

I redid my BCI cage for more of a display look, with eco-earth and a few rocks and fake plants.

That about covers it for my herping; you?

    0.1 normal; 1.1 albino. 1.0 pied; 0.1 het pied; 1.0 banana.

We're getting an Exo Terra terrarium for our White's tree frog at the next reptile expo on January 27. I might acquire my sister's '06 normal male (corn), and she may get a leo at the expo. I don't know of anything else.

No breeding in sight but 2007 will bring me my Het Pied pair from Sean & Celia at EBN and I am very excited about that .

Re: What will 2007 bring You?

I'm hoping to hatch out some ball python babies, hopefully a good number of pastels.
I'll breed the leopard geckos again. So I should get some more SHTCT's that are either het or dominate for bell albino.

The IJCP's should be ready to breed. Actually they're ready to breed now based on weight, but I don't have an enclosure large enough for both of them to breed in right now.

I've been thinking about getting another leopard gecko female genetic trait to work with, possibly a red stripe.

I should be able to find a nice dark headed black blood male.

Other than that, we'll see how it goes. I would like to acquire some gargoyle geckos and some more gopher snakes.

no breeding or anything here. I will in a few years, but for right now i have to raise up my pied and het. so i can have some pretty babies in the future. I was considering getting an adult female and breeding my male, but I have way too many pets already. 4 snakes, a horse, a dog, 3 rats, and fish is a lot of pets for a 16 year old to take care of. lol.

Re: What will 2007 bring You?

No more pets till I see what I can do about a second job. Even if I don't get a second job, 3 snakes is enough. But I do plan on FINALLY getting together with my best friend and getting our band going
