He said just keep an eye on it. Should I get a second opinion? He lifted the scale and said it's just the color of it, and there was only a small amount of dried blood. There was a bit of bleeding during the probe but it stopped pretty much right after he was done.
fyi, a second opinion in person would be quite difficult, as the vet I go to is the only herp vet within an hour of me.
