= Bottom line...i got 20% humidity and i'm more than willing to do what it takes to get it up to 50%, and 70% when she sheds...i just don't know how to quite go about it!
Your humidity does not have to be 70% during shedding as long as you have a constant humidity between 50% and 60% this is all you need. All y BP shed in one piece with humidity between 50% to 60%.

There are couple of options to help increase the humidity level.

Having a substrate that hold humidity better (repti-bark, cypress mulch).
Mist several times a day.

Have a second water dish above the UTH.

Having a humid hide in your tank, made with a rubermaid container and moss (Must be big enough for your BP to get in). Need to be clean up and moss change often as it can be ground for bacteria to develop).

Covering the top of your enclosure partially to keep humidity in.
