You could use a CHE, or better yet another heat mat on the other side controlled with a dimmer or another thermostat. You may also want to insulate 3 sides of the tank to help keep the heat in the tank.


i really dont wanna spend another $130 for another t-stat and another UTH

i figured just getting a CHE on that side of the tank would be the quick fix but i guess not....oy
