BP's more prone to RI's then other snakes?

Does anyone know if BP's are more prone to getting RI's then other snakes? I'm asking because I can't seem to get ride of this junk!

As I'm sure most of you know that I was having RI issies over here with a female I got, that cleared up, and somehow my male BP got it. Got him treated and it cleared up. Great I thought - WRONG just fed everyone and now my new little girl BP is wheezing her butt off. ARGH!!!

Called the vet and the lady said I should bring in ALL snakes. I said "umm do I really need to - I have 8 of them.." So I left a msg for Dr. Gold to call me. I'm gonna scream if he tells me to bring everyone in because I simply can not afford it. My heart goes out to my guys & girls since I hate seeing them wheezing, yawning, and being sluggish!!

Allison,i dont think ball pythons are more prone to URI then any other snakes. It is very weird though yours keep comming back .When you talk to your vet mention to him that you have some money issues(we all do) and maybe he can do something else for you.

Thanks for the reply... I'm still waiting for Dr. Gold to call me back. I don't think it "keeps coming back" I think it just hasn't been zapped out completly and is spreading somehow. Hopefully he can give me something stronger then Baytril to get this junk out of here.
