    Feeding time

??? I know balls are nocturnal, but can I feed him during the day at all? I need to leave town in the a.m. and have to feed him earlier than normal.

I would just wait till next week then won't hurt your snake to miss a meal and won't stess him up as much as waking him when he is sleeping. That's just My opinion on it though.

    Re: Feeding time

i used to feed during the day, and it was no problem (or atleast not that i know of). Ovcourse, mine will eat anything, at any time. lol.it's safer/easier to wait untill night though.

    Re: Feeding time

Some good eaters won't care if it's high noon but overall most seem to be more responsive and ready to eat during the night hours when they are naturally awake. If the snake isn't interested in a daytime meal, missing one certainly won't hurt a healthy snake of normal weight.
