Thermostats in Canada - do they exist??

The reason I ask is a Canadian on our UK forum is saying he can't seem to get a mat-stat in Canada and is talking about shipping from UK. I did a quick google search and surprisingly I can't come up with anything either. I know there are a few Canadians here so I wondered if anyone could give us a link or something

Thermostat? what is that? When I plug my Flexwatt in, I just sit down and have a talk with it, explaining how I would appreciate it if it stayed at about 95 or so LMAO

Seriously though, anything you can get in the U.S. you can get in Canada, Morphs, husbandry tools, etc...

Tell your friend to get in touch with my buddy Jon @ Niagara Reptiles, Jon will hook him up good

Yes I've got stuff from the US before (not herp related though) and it's always been reliable.

What is this Canada you speak of? Is it that vast US territory to the north? Since we own you guys, I would bet you can get stats there.

Re: Thermostats in Canada - do they exist??

    Stupid computer lost my message

Thanks for the links, Jamie - I was particularly interested in this link from the first one http://www.spyderrobotics.com/suppor...edocument.html regarding thermostats failing and not cutting out. Exactly the same thing happened to me many years ago with my tropical marine fish - I came back from holiday to find they had all been boiled ... poor things it must have been awful for them. Has this ever happened to any of you guys? I must admit it does worry me.
