bizzard fat tailed gecko?

Has anyone ever heard of these? Or are they most likely blizzard leopard geckos? My son got one today and it looks just like the picts i find of a blizzard. Sorry I cant post a pict (dont have the cable for my camera). Any help would be great.

It's a blizzard leopard gecko As far s I know there is no such thing as a blizzard african fat tailed gecko. Although the body shapes of the two geckos are similar, they are not related.
