Well, I don't know much about Warcraft, but that sucks! What's he disputing over? I had some cheapskate on Ebay sell me something and then file a dispute with them so they could get their entry fee back! I emailed Ebay and told them that I payed for the item and that all was well and they denied his request. Any chance of something like that working in your favor with PayPal?
