Unfortunately, it's been longer than 45 days so the PayPal dispute will probably not work now. I wish I'd posted earlier and got your good advice.

In my opinion, this is the type of customer service that reflects poorly on any industry.

It's not as if this person isn't well known - I didn't go buy from a fly by night "jimmy".
