These are the facts about this chemical compound in which terrorists have gained access to. This liquid is the cause of many many deaths, as a result of terrorism, as well as bring an increase to torture chambers (mostly in China).

There is at least one instance out there where somebody posted big warning signs next to a river about dihydrogen monoxide.
