    Wondering what kind of spider this is. Looks like a female wolf spider to me

    I have no idea what kind of spider it is, but itsn't it ill advised to pick up an unknown spider? Of course any spider like that, would be promptly escorted outside my house. (in a cup of course)

    The bug dudes over at fauna said its a wolf spider. Lets hope she finds a nice warm spot for the winter before it snows

    Definitely some type of wolf spider. Couldn't say as to the sex, though.

    Wolf spider. Probably female due to abdomen size, but you never know. Either way, it's had some good meals.
