9 ft long Burmese Python up for adoption

My girlfriend's mother rescued a burmese python from the owner as he was about to have it euthanized which is great, however, she does not have the space to keep this big guy or the time to take care of him.

He feeds on frozen rats, he's friendly once you get him out of the cage. What we do is throw a towel over his head and then pull him out. If you don't then he snaps at you. He hisses almost continuously but again, shows no aggression once taken out of the cage. If you live around the Rockville, MD area and have the space for this guy not just now, but for when he grows up, then we would love to give him to a good home. Contact me if you're interested.

If you are unable to find someone who will take him, send Holli at MARS a email.

Thanks a lot for the recommendations, we dropped him off on Sunday and now he's in a much better place. It's too bad they had to give him up, he really was beautiful.
