some people's reputation has one green dot:
some people have 2 dots...

I don't think i've ever seen an explanation for that... ...just curious
Everyone starts off with one green dot...and each 100 points of rep earns you another one.

Re: Another Rookie Question
well i got a second dot when i hit 100 rep points.
so i'm guessing... three dots is for over 200 rep points?

Re: Another Rookie Question
Thanks for the link It's all starting to make sense. Thanks also for the new thread info. I am enjoying the site alot (not getting any work done) and appreciate all the info and general rules on how to use it.
Another question- If someone posts info you want to save how do you get it in a folder(I assume thats the best way to save it). I've picked up some tips but know I will forget where they were. (I suffer from snake memory)

Re: Another Rookie Question
you can either bookmark it (Ctrl+D)
Or, make yourself a word document and copy and paste the info that you want.
I know when I was new to reptiles, i could never remember what the proper temps and humidity was...so i got sick of searching and asking, so when i found the same answer over and over, ~93, ~83, ~50%, i wrote it down and taped it to my aquarium...
