Probably not, but ball pythons are sensitive enough to detect minute changes in temps that human beings don't even notice ... bump your temps ... some people use small oil filled heaters in front of their snake cages in the winter ... You also might want to check your light cycle ... the shortened daylight of winter can throw a ball python off ... sometimes a lamp on a timer somewhere in the room with the snake can work wonders.
