Thats horrible! Brian and I have always practiced being green, and really take it seriously when it comes to our cleaners, this is why I have ZERO chemicals in my home as far as cleaners go. Not only is it safer for me...I have really bad allergies and ashtma and react to most cleaners, but its safer for my animals, the world and our toddler. I started really cracking down when I got pregnant, and sleep better knowing that the only cleaning supplies we use are vinager, borax, lemon juice, baking soda and essential oils...even though there from the earth we still treat them like a poison, and keep everything locked in our garage.
But I to fell for this magic eraser because it doesnt explain what it is exactly, yes I did believe that anything that cant take paint right off your wall is most likely some form of harmful chemical, and will be reported as causing cancer one day..but..having a child and pets I needed something with no smell for our allergies and tried it out, it works good no doubt, and one day Raigen got into our shaprie box and drew all over her tummy...being the idiot I am and scrubbed and scrubbed with everything I could find and it wouldnt come off...soo I magic erased the spots! Did they come off? You bet....but a nasty rash was left behind, I realized that I was an idiot for doing it and was thankful it wasnt a serious reaction, I still thought it was just a rash because she is so young, but after reading that I realized just how serious it could of been.
Word to the wise.....dont magic erase your children!![]()
