terri irwin makes apprearance at the brit tv award show

Usally i cant stand to watch award shows , but tonight Sir david attenborough won a lifetime achievement award at the national television awards (NTA)
and terri irwin flew in from oz to present it to him, you could see how overcome she became by the great response from the audience when she appeared , i thought she was incredibly brave to do this so soon after losing steve like that.
on a second note good ol david attenboroughs next project is all about the worlds reptiles cant wait for that one

Unfortunately I missed both the Animal Planet tribute to Steve and the interview Teri did with Barbara Walters. Teri's a lady I admire a lot. Any woman facing losing her husband so young, leaving her with not only a huge business to run but two small kids to raise...while doing it all in the glare of the international spotlight...well she has all my respect for carrying her family's dream forward with so much grace, grit and heart. She's always been a woman of strength (she'd have to be being married to the Croc Hunter) but even more so while dealing with this tragedy.

I'm glad to hear that she was so well recieved. I can't imagine the pain she is going through (and I admit I was in hysterics when Steve Irwin died).
