I to did this to my middle finger...my fault too. It didnt help that the door was locked and had to fish for the keys
The pressure was so bad after a few days I ended up putting a hole through the nail to let out the fluid...god did that feel 100% better...then the nail fell off and took forever to grow back...I can tell its diffrent but no one else can unless your looking for it.
