I edited the original post to take out the "suggestion"....not because it's such a brillaint tactic that I'm afraid it'll give anyone ideas ...but because it is strongly against our TOS to suggest illegal activity of any sort, but most especially that involving reptiles. snakeman...tell your friend to buy his snake from a reputable breeder who has CITES permits to ship Internationally. They're not that hard to find.
